Did you get to the several suspension footbridges there in town? There was also a suspended pipeline bridge outside of town. I hope you didn't purposely visit Helper specifically for the bridges as they are quite small. Perhaps you where on your way to the historic San Rafael Suspension Bridge which would put you in some very scenic areas.
